1st Dance Recital

I remember when Mabry was born 3 years and almost 8 months ago, Chad and I were discussing the dance lessons. At that time it seemed so far away. Well, Mabry had her first dance recital last night and this afternoon! This is something that all little girls dream of. Mabry had a blast. She loved going to the weekly lessons. She was able to make many new friends in her dance class. She also was really excited about her recital. She told Sharon, her babysitter who was coming to the recital, "You have to be berry quiet in the audience!" So, overall she loves the whole dancing experience!

Dress Rehearsal

In preparation for Mabry's 1st dance recital, she had to attend her first dress rehearsal. Here are some pictures from her first dress rehearsal. She did really good and wasn't scared a bit of the big stage. She went right on out there and danced it up!

Easter Morning

Easter Weekend

We had a fun Easter weekend. The girls and I had some guests come and see us: Grams, Albert and Auntie H came to visit us. Mommy was really excited since Daddy was out of town, she really like the extra sets of hands! We did lots of fun things while they were in town; we went shopping, made some crafts, baked a b-day cake for Albert, dyed Easter eggs and had lots of time spent playing.

Houston- Zoo

During our trip to Houston, we of course had to visit the zoo! Mabry and I did some research about the zoo before we left. We learned that they had a baby giraffe named Miles. So, Mabry was very excited about meeting him. The girls really enjoyed the zoo.
