Eight Paws

This may be some surprising news to some but we adopted two new kittens!! Chad and I are sick of killing mice in our shed and garage so Chad's solution was some "panthers". Our friends, Ryan and Rachel had some kittens they were very willing to give up so... we got two kittens. Mabry and Daddy named them, the boy is Goliath and the girl is Alexis. Can you guess who named which one?!? The girls are in love! Let's just hope they don't run off!

Softball

One of our favorite things to do is to go to Daddy's softball games. He is a pretty proud Daddy when we show up.

Gymnastics

One of our summer activities that we signed Mabry up for is gymnastics. She is absolutely loving it! Here are some pictures of her in action. Sorry about them being so far away but parents have to stay back so the kids can tumble. She is the one in the light blue leotard.

1st Dance Recital

I remember when Mabry was born 3 years and almost 8 months ago, Chad and I were discussing the dance lessons. At that time it seemed so far away. Well, Mabry had her first dance recital last night and this afternoon! This is something that all little girls dream of. Mabry had a blast. She loved going to the weekly lessons. She was able to make many new friends in her dance class. She also was really excited about her recital. She told Sharon, her babysitter who was coming to the recital, "You have to be berry quiet in the audience!" So, overall she loves the whole dancing experience!

Dress Rehearsal

In preparation for Mabry's 1st dance recital, she had to attend her first dress rehearsal. Here are some pictures from her first dress rehearsal. She did really good and wasn't scared a bit of the big stage. She went right on out there and danced it up!
